Absolutely disgraceful. Reservation was rudely not acknowldged and I was told no room available!!!!!!

Information would have been better. Staff nutmeg told me that card used to book room would be charged however theft want the case. There was also a cock roach crawling around the sink.

During my recent stay at the Radisson Hotel Houston Intercontinental Airport North, I experienced exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

The location of the hotel was favourable, in the north part of the city.

The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful,the location of hotel was 15min from IAH airport and 25min from Relient stadium! At the time of stay jacuzzi was not working so my husband was a little disappointed but the pool was ok.

No signs close to side street almost missed turn each time returning to hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and include a comfy bed, easy chair, and a desk. The separate toilet/shower and sink area was very clean and ready to be used. The hotel's location was near the place I wanted to visit, and it was nice they had tables so we enjoyed a meal by the pool. The staff was attentive and provided good service.

One specific situation that impressed us was when the front desk quickly resolved an issue with the hot tub not working and promptly moved us to a room with a balcony as per our preference. The bartender, though inexperienced, was exceptionally sweet and helpful. I'll recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and willingness to accommodate guests' needs.
